Terms of Service for Scratch Social Studio

By checking the box next to these Terms of Service and completing your purchase, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to enter into this binding agreement with Scratch Social LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”). Please read everything carefully before joining the membership.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.scratchsocial.co or any membership content, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the membership.

You must be at least 18 years old to join.

What You’re Purchasing

Scratch Social Studio is a monthly subscription that gives you access to:

• Monthly caption packs
• Canva templates
• Monthly themed drops
• A members-only digital library inside Squarespace

You understand that this membership does not include:

• Legal contracts
• Done-for-you social media management
• One-on-one consulting
• Custom template design
• Discounts on other services unless announced

You are responsible for reading the product descriptions so you know what is and isn’t included.

License + Usage

When you join, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the templates and caption packs for:

• Your own business
• Any accounts you personally manage

You agree that you will not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the templates or captions
• Give login access to anyone else
• Repurpose the templates to sell as your own digital products
• Use the templates without customizing them
• Claim the designs, concepts, or copy as your own original intellectual property

If we discover misuse, we may revoke your access without refund.

All rights, ownership, and intellectual property remain with Scratch Social LLC.

Canva Templates

All templates are designed for use in Canva only. You agree to follow Canva’s Terms of Use in addition to ours.

Third-party images, GIFs, or elements included in templates may be subject to copyright and should be used at your own discretion.

Payment + Billing

Your subscription is billed automatically at $54 dollars per month unless otherwise stated at checkout.

By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.

If a payment fails, you’ll have 3 days to update your payment information. After that, your access may be paused or cancelled.

Refund Policy

Because you receive instant access to digital materials, all sales are final.

You may cancel anytime. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

If you attempt a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide these Terms to your bank or payment processor as evidence of a valid purchase. We may also invoice you for any chargeback fees or losses we incur.

Support

For membership questions, technical issues, or help accessing your account, email lauren@scratchsocial.co. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Confidentiality + Conduct

The membership includes original content, strategies, and design materials. You agree not to share or distribute any part of the membership outside your own use.

We may choose to feature members’ results or feedback in our marketing. This is optional. If you provide a testimonial, you give us permission to use it across our marketing channels.

Neither you nor the Company will publicly disparage the other.

No Guarantees

This membership offers education and creative assets, not specific business results or income promises. Your success depends on your own work, strategy, and consistency.

Nothing inside Scratch Social Studio should be considered legal, financial, or business advice. Always seek professional counsel when needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scratch Social LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the membership or website.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the membership.

Termination

You may cancel anytime through your account portal or by emailing us at lauren@scratchsocial.co.

We may terminate your access at any time if misuse, theft, or violation of these Terms occurs. No refunds will be issued.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective as soon as they are posted. Continued use of the membership means you accept the updated terms.

Final Agreement

By purchasing the Scratch Social Studio membership, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
